Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kelby by NetPy Platform. By creating an account, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must verify your email address to access certain features.

As a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile.
• Maintain only one candidate profile per email address.
• Keep your profile up to date.
• Understand that your profile will not be visible to recruiters until approved by a NetPy admin.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.

As a recruiter, you agree to:

• Provide accurate company and hiring information.
• Verify your email address before accessing candidate profiles.
• Use candidate information only for lawful hiring purposes.
• Not scrape, copy, or resell candidate data.
• Not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job opportunities.

Job posts go live immediately after submission, but NetPy admins reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any post at any time. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant NetPy a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

NetPy admins may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, approve or reject candidate profiles, take down job posts, and resolve verification exceptions. These actions may be taken to protect the Platform, users, or NetPy's interests.

The Platform, its design, logos, branding, and software are owned by NetPy Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. NetPy may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NetPy does not guarantee that you will find a job or hire a candidate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetPy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
