• Candidate profile information: education, work experience, skills, resume, portfolio links, work preferences, and any other information you choose to include.
• Recruiter information: company name, website, work email, hiring needs, and job post details.
• Application data: jobs you apply to, application history, and recruiter interactions.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies.

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Review and approve candidate profiles.
• Verify recruiter identities and company information.
• Match candidates with relevant job opportunities.
• Enable recruiters to browse approved candidate profiles and contact candidates.
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations, profile approvals, and application updates.
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• NetPy admins: to review, approve, moderate, and operate the Platform.
• Verified recruiters: approved candidate profiles are visible to logged-in recruiters who have verified their email and provided valid company information. Personal contact details are shown only to such recruiters.
• Service providers: trusted third parties that help us host, secure, email, and analyze the Platform, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Job application records may be retained longer to support hiring records and dispute resolution.
